My AAR pick was the only one that I thought I was playing safe and it ended dead last haha

The Walk Up round was the only round I played it safe in. And I need everybody to know that I would NEVER call myself a DJ Khaled fan!

I'm glad I did pretty well in the final round otherwise I'd feel like a failure of a wrestling fan lol

 

I appreciate how many bits and songs meant for specific real world wrestlers there were. Made me wish I knew anything about the sport, haha. Who knew there were goth wrestlers! Holy Fawn in particular was a great pick - I could see that being an exhilarating intro for the right performer

 

Holy Fawn in general is great so it’s a win/win

I never played it safe but I always balanced 3 different ideas playing in my head while choosing my songs: a song that fit the theme, a song I liked, and a song I thought people would vote for. The first 2 ideas were the most important but if I was waffling between songs I would choose the one I thought would get more votes

 

Good shit. This whole thing was fun

 

I clearly didn’t care about option 3 lol.

 

Next go around, I’m going to test a theory.

 

There were some songs this season that didn’t get many votes that were head scratchers. Like Bomb the Music Industry, The Wonder Years, Mineral, LS Dunes. I haven’t been on chorus too long but it seemed like those are revered bands here.
