That song is nuts. I’ve never heard of this band before and I was pumped up out of my goddamn mind listening to that song. It’s going to get a lot of votes from me probably. I haven’t finished the playlist yet
Tell ‘Em is SOOOOOOO badass. For a few years, Virgin threw a festival at Merriweather Post Pavilion in MD - it was called Virgin FreeFest - they had awesomely diverse alt/indie/hip hop lineups. I recall going I think 2009-2011. anyway in 2010 Sleigh Bells played in the “dance forest” stage - holy shit it was awesome and SOOOOOO LOUD. they never quite matched the magic of that first record but fuck it went so hard.
I gotta get to this playlist quicker than usual, sounds like everyone's having a good time. P.S.
