I like the LS Dunes song!

 

The Power of Love and this track are getting all my votes.

 

I’ve found LS Dunes largely underwhelming but actually really dug the submitted track here

 

Solid playlist. Some fun tunes.

 

I liked the Dunes song on the playlist less than the stuff on their album tbh.

 

@Gianni I've never been into that band either, BUT your blurb is very sweet and I did not want to be snarky about it or anything. You like what you like! Lord knows my pick is near the bottom too

 

I think I know the band we are talking about. Are they cancelled or is it a Chorus thing?

Might be a chorus thing - there’s a thread for the band cuz they have a new single coming out next week. None of the crew that’s in this league is in that thread lol so I prob should’ve just known my audience hahaha

 

I like them. I’m not a huge fan but I appreciate a lot of their music

 

I would definitely say that Heathens made me take notice of them more. I agree its like a weird dark pop song.

 

Cheers to that! Was def my turning point with them even for as overplayed as it was.

looking forward to what they do next.

 

Side note I genuinely cannot believe that My December is in second to last place. When I heard that one I thought OH YEAH this fits the category big time.

Still not sure exactly what I’m choosing for this next round but I can guarantee whatever I land on will be polarizing lol

 

Doing everything I can to not submit "Impossible Soul" for this next round.

 

I’ve got a few choices for this but they’re all in very different directions. I guess in retrospect I should be happy that Steve took Scenes From An Italian Restaurant off the table and helped narrow the list down

Who left the Gangsta’s Paradise on Lose Yourself? Gangsta’s Paradise is on an album, with the same name, and it is an amazing album.

 

This round is not for me, I don’t really listen to music that does this kind of stuff often

 

well, the mineral song may not have scored very high but thank you for some of the nice comments! for some reason i assumed it was going to get torn to shreds by y'all but only @Aaron Mook and @Gianni did that

My submission for this next round came to me in the middle of the night a few days ago.

 

Yeah Mineral and that song are awesome. I also totally thought I had @Friendjamin pinned for picking it - I was wrong, but I’ll take their enthusiastic comment about it as a partial win haha
