Just have to put in here as well what my #1 choice would've been for this upcoming round - if it were actually on Streaming.

 

There's some really good b sides or deeper cuts that aren't on streaming unfortunately

 

Yellowcard Gifts and Curses would have been a great pick if on streaming

 

I had 3 songs, no joke, come to mind that are NOT on streaming. Such a shame!

 

How the hell don't some of you know Eddie Money? Are you kidding me? LMAO

 

Also, @Patterns in Traffic this song was on Punk Goes so the young kids DEFINITELY know this song.

 

This is off of the Godzilla soundtrack right? Such a great song and soundtrack.

Also, how the hell did a random Lonely Island track get more votes than Journey?!!!! You guys must frequent some WEIRD karaoke bars.

 

I had a few ringers in mind for this round, and surprisingly none of them were taken. I had to go with one that has a little more personal significance

 

I'd rather hear that Lonely Island song 100x over before hearing that Journey song again lol

 

I knew immediately what my pick for this round would be, but a good second choice (that is up for grabs) is "OKRA" by Tyler the Creator. Absolute banger.

 

I was honestly surprised my pick for this round wasn't taken.

 

I rarely ever listen to one-offs, so this round was a challenge for me. I did submit a song that I absolutely love, but I'm not sure how well it will score.

 

I gave up hope long ago. This crew is insane. Lol

 

I went the opposite of obscure

 

I forgot to get my votes in earlier so didn’t have time to leave comments, but overall a great round. There were 3 easy ones for me to count out and then that left 1 vote each for all the rest.

Mr. Brightside - I just can’t, that song sucks

She Hates Me - More like karaBROke, but definitely a fun one

I Miss You - Feel like this would only work among blink fans who are in on the joke, otherwise not vocally interesting enough

Teenage Dirtbag - So many fun places to exaggerate here

Motherlover - I don’t like this song and feel like it wouldn’t play at most karaoke bars/nights

Santa Monica - I bet every night there’s a heartbroken Gen Xer breaking down to singing this song at a karaoke bar

Break Stuff - I’d usually say steer clear of rapping at karaoke, but you can’t really call what Fred does rapping

 

I submitted one and already switched it, but I have 3 songs I’m going back and forth between for this round.

 

They did put out the best rap song of all those bands I’d say

 

Because of this comment I actually had to go through all of your choices lol - I have voted for every one of your submissions EXCEPT for the Incendiary song, which I also loved. Just didn't agree with your comments about the production.

I guess it's probably more that you just stick out as the metal/heavy music guy in this crew - perfectly fits my mood lately, but maybe not for everyone in here.

I’m joking by the way. I honestly enjoy listening to new music and could care less if I win a round. I have learned over many leagues that they are extremely unpredictable. That being said, yes I listen to a lot of “heavier” music and if that’s not your thing, cool. I also have a wide pallet but I gravitate more towards heavier (god I hate that word and what is heavy these days lol) music just because it’s fresh in my mind.

 

Lastly, I don’t think I have picked anything overtly extreme. Drain is one of the biggest hardcore bands on the planet and are currently touring with Neck Deep (gross) but you get my point. Soapbox over. I’m having fun and that’s why I am still here.

 

That was essentially a Method Man track Fred was lucky enough to be on.
