I submitted Descendents after I submitted MCS’s New Year song and then re-read the prompt lol.

I don’t like a lot of the Chappelle Roan I’ve heard, but I do like Pink Pony Club quite a bit!

Gonna be a good music leaguer here and let everyone know I took a popular pick as a placeholder this round because I was being indecisive, but I just changed it! If anyone tried to submit a song that was taken, check to see if it’s available now

 

I’m going to take a leap of faith and say all my picks are safe. Although, this week I was a tiny bit nervous. But I’m good.

 

Took a look through my Discogs as I usually do before submitting, had a couple of left-field ideas, landed on one that may be familiar but that I'm very comfortable with. Good playlist theme.

 

Thanks for that pick if only for it being something I never otherwise would have heard, and of course for the Steven Gerrard/Jordan Henderson reference. Good stuff

I’m dreading the songs under one minute round. Took a quick look through my library today and couldn’t find a single song under one minute and the only few I can think of are bad.

 

That’s funny, I’m going to have a hard time settling on just one song under a minute!

 

I felt sort of discouraged after the first few short songs that came to mind happened to be juuuust over a minute long, but I’ve got a few up my sleeve now to pick from!

 

I have a really good 30 song playlist of short songs, it's a very short playlist haha. I try not to include intro, interludes or outros that don't standalone

 

I think it's a good pick still, probably would get a fair amount of votes, but it's just a bit more about the subject in the song rather than Vegas itself

 

I made a playlist of songs for the Short round only to discover that like 2/3rds of the songs I added are too long

 

We should absolutely up that one to 90 seconds lol. Even songs under two minutes are short!
