The app will tell you if you’re submitting a song by the same artist as another person who has already submitted, but will still let you. But if it’s the same song, it’ll kick back and tell you to pick something else
Don’t know if we’ve ever run into a situation yet where two people picked different versions of the same song, but I do worry about that sometimes when it comes to artists that have deluxe editions and greatest hits albums on streaming services. I don’t know if the app is smart enough to identify it being the same song haha

Exactly, I am able to pretty much suss out where my votes are going just by looking at the list, but I am still gonna listen through and see if my thoughts shift at all.
I think my plan is to listen and assign points by the strength of the "hell yeah" response I have when each song comes on. Only 15 points to assign across 31 songs will be tough.
