Guys I don’t think there is a song that makes me cry. I cry, but songs don’t usually do it. Or does like maybe once count?

I'll give you the rundown this weekend when I'm back home! Happy to have you, you'll have fun, we're a lovely bunch

 

So basicalllly, it's pretty user friendly but:

each week, on Wednesdays, a new round starts. Everyone who is playing will pick any song they want, which they think best fits the weekly prompt. Once everyone has submitted, a playlist is generated on Spotify with everyone's song, and it's all anonymous (you don't know who submitted which song). When the playlist is live, everyone will listen to it and then assign points to the songs they think deserve the points. You can gift as many or as little per song as you want, there is no limit. There is also space to write in comments, if you like a song, dislike, think it fits really well, etc. We love comments! When everyone submits their points, the next round starts!

It's finally starting to get sunny down in Western Australia (we've had one of our wettest Augusts on record) so this playlist is hitting very nicely.

 

Hate when I tell myself I'm going to edit my description before the playlist goes live and then I forget, lol

 

This is me almost every time, or I think of something smarter/better to say once it’s been live for a day

 

Next round’s gonna be soooo hard to pick for, there are little a bazillion songs I only associate with the radio from basically as early as I can remember up to the mid 2010s when I pretty much stopped being exposed to the radio entirely

 

I have an idea, I think I'm pretty set on it

 

I'm so excited for the next round. Pulling from my days of retail work for sure

 

Does radio include SiriusXM?

I can't remember the last time I listened to terrestrial radio that wasn't a local sports game I wanted to keep up with while driving.

 

Just found out about music league today by stumbling on this thread. Sounds super fun! I joined a random league, but if there's an open spot, I'd love to be a part!
