I closed my eyes listening to "Fall Asleep First" by Go Radio while driving and ended up drifting off the road and flipping a truck

 

why have we all been in so many crashes!?!??!

 

I backed into someone in a parking lot once while my GPS repeatedly scolded me to “take a left turn.”

 

I was in a bad car wreck in college. I was listening to GnR's Appetite For Destruction at the time, but I don't remember what song was on.

 

That was a good round. We need more that encourage thoughtful blurbs

 

I was also a teen grocery store employee lol, I listened to a lot of Mansions during that period

 

Yeah this was the hardest round I’ve ever had to vote for, great job everyone

I absolutely shed a tear when writing my writeup haha, I tear up at the silliest things now, especially when thinking about my kiddo.

Other arists that made it to the labor playlist were JOSEPH, Taylor Swift (just tracks from evermore and folklore), First Aid Kit, Maggie Rogers, Trousdale, a few tracks off Solar Power by Lorde.... definitely a specific vibe I was curating haha, folksy and pretty, nothing aggressive, chillll stuff

our second kid is actually arriving in the next few weeks so I've been putting together a new/updated playlist, added some Bleachers from the new album and A Stranger Desired, added some Kacey Musgraves, Katie Pruitt, Katie Gavin, Olivia Rodrigo ballads, a bit more Taylor, a bit more new Trousdale....

anyway, open to suggestions in that vibe if anyone has 'em

Alright, I had literally only one idea for this new round...and one of you took it. I'm in tatters here.

 

I had a dream last night where this group met irl and took a road trip to San Fransisco. I was trying to be a clown and be funny and no one was having it. What my brain imagined as @Aaron Mook was the harshest. He shook his head at my antics and told me, “Just stop man.” You guys judge my songs irl and judge my humor in my dreams. Sheesh

 

Also, I really love all of the blurbs, comments, and discussion. I want to be more active but I’m crazy busy working full time and doing grad school full time right now. Hopefully on my little break I get coming up I can go back to commenting on most songs.

 

I would never look down on someone else's antics! I love antics! I'm a sweetheart, I promise!!
