Honestly, the playlist having Somebody Kill Me followed by 3 Small Words works way too well, kind of rips

 

Somebody Kill Me should've been directly after The Cure song if the playlist had any sense of humour

 

Truly shocked that no one submitted "Snakes on a Plane (Bring It)"

 

Was running errands yesterday morning and this came on SiriusXM on their Alt2k "March Sadness" block. I was only in the car about 10 minutes, but here are the 3 tracks I heard.

I ONCE AGAIN VOTED MYSELF OUT OF FIRST PLACE

 

Imma keep it a buck, two repeat picks from a past round in the top five is kind of wack!

 

I know the answer is always “up to interpretation”, but for the next round, we’re aiming specifically for numerals right? Not written out numbers? What’s the thread stance on that

I sort of agree, but new people keep joining and we’ve been doubling this for a while so people also forget what we have picked before

I agree! I think it’s just the phrasing of the round description that’s throwing me. Written out numbers feel less “prominent” than numericals in my mind. But I’m probably just overthinking it

 

The trajectory of these two I Saw The TV Glow songs has been kinda wild haha

 

Need to get every version of "The 1975" in the playlist

 

My take is that a number is a number

 

It was a really busy week for me so I didn’t give the effort to leave comments or even really think about point value assignments. So I went lazy and spread my points across the board (had to give an extra to i2i - might be jealous it was taken but I gotta recognize the game)

Really good playlist though. Had no idea about the Coolio and Blondie songs being for movies. Great finds

So I’ve heard, but somehow never seen it. Gotta change that soon!

 

I knew it was a little bit of a risk, but I guess no one here (except precog @Aaron Mook) saw Her lol

 

I saw and liked Her but I don’t remember that song even a little bit unfortunately lol

 

I saw it in theaters, remember very little about it other than really liking it. Gonna have to revisit it someday. Been on the rewatch list

 

Blah I forgot Joanna Newsom isnt on Spotify. I was going to use 81.

Not really? There's some scary bits and a fair amount of body horror for sure though.
