Damn! This submission round went quickly, I forgot to add a comment to my submission! Hate when that happens.

 

I have no idea if my love for the movie I pulled from is well-known in this group (beyond @fieldbelow who will absolutely know which one was me).

 

i feel like we both may have said this for the same reason lol

 

I scrolled through the list and I think I know, but also I thought it could be like 2-3 of these picks lol.

Also people picked a bunch of songs that were on my shortlist for this round, happy to see them included! V excited to listen

 

I was planning to use i2i for the next round, but knew there was a risk it could get scooped up during this one. In hindsight it was foolish of me to think there was a chance that wouldn’t happen lol

 

This is a stupidly strong playlist, I did not expect it to be this good haha

 

Men In Black was my initial pick because it is legit amazing, but it’s sort of an edge case, because it obviously wouldn’t be here without the movie, but it’s also not featured in the movie itself, only in the end credits, so I went with something else, and now I regret overthinking it lol

 

Must have been someone very cool

 

Men In Black was my first thought too haha. Which brought me dangerously close to picking Wild Wild West. But I honestly don’t remember if that song is in the movie or not and am certainly not going to rewatch any of it to find out!

But imo closing credits songs are fine - if it weren’t for knowing I Saw The TV Glow would already be here I might’ve grabbed the Frances Quinlan song

 

Precisely why it was silly of me to think it wouldn’t be used here sincerely thought you would go Bodyguard soundtrack with it

 

My 2nd choice was Vindicated from spider man 2 but I was sure someone else would pick it lol
