They got me lol. Idk, I got into Fun./Nate kind of late, around when Some Nights was coming out, and I’ve listened to every album but that one. Dog Problems was always talked about like the classic (which it is) and I never saw anyone talk about I&L so I never got around to it! Someday I’ll fix that and probably love it. I liked this song for sure!

Not trying to test ya, I just know I’m not the only person around here privy to their bullshit that would have it wrong

 

It was me! Honestly a top side 1 track 1 for me. The bluetooth in my car stopped working so lately it's either been radio or the only cd I have in there, which is Silent Alarm. Still hasn't gotten old for me!

Okay so two thoughts - @Elder Lightning - the Pumpkins track might sound like Celebrity Skin because Billy co-wrote that song two years earlier. Had never thought of that though but now I hear the similarity.

I love them and love that song, but probably woulda given another point or two to Hole In The Earth or Swerve City

 

Most of not all Deftones openers would get points from me.

 

I don't remember the round or context, but I earmarked the Abby Holliday song that was used in the league a while back and am listening to her full album right now. This is really cool!! Good stuff.

Yeah! You mentioned it being Phoebe Brdigers-adjacent, I think, but I definitely feel like it is more than that. A lot of musical choices here that Phoebe has never dared to explore, some really cool stuff here. Thanks!

Me too! I’m annoyed by her Boygenius output and have no doubt that I’ll love the next solo album haha

 

Excited for this one. Anticipate that I’ll be adding some of these to the personal playlist I have on this same theme. Happy with my choice but I was reeeally stuck between a few. This was the runner up, crazy underrated band but I know yell-y songs don’t always do well here haha.
