Okay, found something and was really surprised it hadn’t already been used

  9. No New Radicals?!?!?!

Actually more surprised the New Frontiers didn't make an appearance here. Seems like a frequently mentioned album on the site that never had a follow up.

New Radicals were my "too obvious for me" band, and have been used in multiple rounds before so I skipped it. Definitely my personal top band for this though

I went down a really deep rabbit hole for this prompt when my first one was already taken... some of you may appreciate this zone of bands that I ended up in, but didn't go with any. Not all only had one album, but many did.

Rory, Jenoah, Adelphi, National Product, The Scenic, The Morning Light, Anadivine, Self Against City, Number One Fan, Count The Stars, Monty Are I

Man I was super into National Product. The frontman was a super cool dude too

  17. Surprised I didn't think of Count the Stars. I did consider Anadivine, another one I thought someone else might submit.

The one I had in mind that I didn’t think anyone else would pick was Seer Believer.

Days Away was an obvious one that I knew someone would snag.

The morning light EP is way way better than their album. Pittsburgh band babbby.

Transport yourself to 2009, AP.net is thriving and it's the night of my 21st birthday. It's a weeknight, so my roommates who are also 21 go with me at midnight to a local bar, it's boring and mostly a bust, but we have class the next day and we decide to go back home.

I must have been posting in a chat thread that day, the exact details are fuzzy, but Danny Casler of National Product saw that I was celebrating my birthday and just so happened to live near me, or be out near me, so he DM's and/or texts me. Tells me he's out with his friends at a local bar and we should meet up. My friends and I think, sure why not, the original plan was a bust. We hop in an uber and head over to where Danny is. We arrive and would you look at that, it's a strip club. Danny comes over to greet us and is with some of the members of Runner Runner, we all go in together. Only a few minutes into the club, which certainly wasn't the usual hangout for my friends and I, we hear over the loudspeaker... "Steve, we hear it's your birthday, come on up!"

I look around, Danny is laughing at me and tells a friend of mine to loan him their belt. I take the belt up onto stage and they strap me into a chair. Every woman who was working that night proceeds to give me a lapdance one by one, culminating with having me stand up, turn around, bend over. Then they whip out the belt that was being kept, and proceed to spank me with it multiple times. Everyone obviously is cracking up the whole time. We don't stay too much longer, we say our goodbyes and I've never seen him since then
