This playlist has a lot of good stuff and I struggled to distribute my points

 

There were only one or two songs on the playlist I didn’t really like, and a couple I’m not sure met the long title qualifications.

 

Awesome playlist. Gonna dive into Los Campesinos! for the first time and then moving onto Algernon.

 

Lmao if all their records are as good as All Hell is so far this is going to be even bigger than the time I discovered the mountain goats a few years ago

you should check out that Queens of the Stone Age album, it’s got three different vocalists across the songs. The guy who sang the song in this week’s round is a bad dude haha

How can you guys tell when an artist is used? I thought it only tells you if the song is already taken.

I was very close to submitting The Greatest Man That Ever Lived and I applaud anybody who also had that as their top-of-mind Weezer song with a spoken word interlude

but glad you liked the tune !! My fave album of ‘02 and one of the best of the ‘00s easily.

for niche humor has anyone ever seen the overdub someone did of Seinfeld’s standup comedy over the music to that track? *chefs kiss*

 

One of my ideas for a theme next season was just “anger” and that Chat Pile song was at the top of my potential picks for it haha

 

I want to see the comments on that one so bad. I was deeply disturbed the first time I listened to that record.

 

This playlist is so much less corny than I expected, honestly kicks ass
