I have a few songs to choose from so far but nothing I’d consider great for the round. There’s one that really fits, but I don’t think many of you would like the song itself, haha.

 

That is the tricky part of this round. Song that is different from the album but doesn’t suck hahaha

 

Just jumping in briefly to say that I was kind of shocked when I submitted my votes yesterday and saw that my John Mayer song ended up in last place haha.

 

The way he sounds, I do not like

 

Tbh I was surprised how little I liked the Dua Lipa song. A technically correct pick but the song bummed me out haha

 

Yeah, I almost went with her second single, Be The One, which is way better, but it really became a big song over time so it felt wrong

 

Be the One is one of my fav songs of hers

 

Perfectly fine to wait til tomorrow morning but just throwing it out there, looks like everyone has submitted. Just mentioning for our boy @Gianni and his commute

 

It shall be done!

 

Damn literally just went in to try to change my song oh well, not necessarily upset with my initial pick - just got to thinking that tainted love by soft cell would’ve been a solid choice

This looks like a fun playlist, but I think two of these songs have previously appeared in other rounds?

Loathe - Two Way Mirror
Rihanna - Love On The Brain
Indigo De Souza - Hold U

 

The Fallen Interlude is one of those rare, non-skip instrumental bridging tracks for me.

 

17 by Indigo would be a good pick too

 

Maybe we should set some group rule where either I never set it live early, or some check system before I do, this keeps happening :/

People and Party Time back to back is kinda fun as they represent the same idea basically

My company is off today for Juneteenth so I can enjoy the playlist on the golf course instead!

I used “thing with feathers” season 1 for End Credits! amazing track and I’d agree it fits this theme as well

 

I didn't even pick up on that one! I was looking at The Weakerthens and The Replacements songs.

The Anxious song was on my list of possible submissions for this round. Good pick

 

I thought N95 was a great pick, being such an obvious *single* from the record, but that write up is wild! Haha.
