I'd be OK with shortening the amount of time we have to submit. We could change it to 24 or 48 hours, which should still be plenty of time, and then we would regularly have the playlist for some of the weekend when some of us may have more time to listen.

 

My only issue with that is that it kinda forces people to submit on the weekend since we always start the round on Friday. If someone has a busy weekend they might get screwed. I guess in that case I could always extend the deadline

 

I would agree with this one - I assume we can’t change the cadence now of when the submission time starts, but I love the idea of having the playlist available for the weekend.

 

I could shift to the round starting like, Wednesday with song due by end of Friday?

 

That sounds great to me. I always will remember to check it and submit during a typical boring Wednesday afternoon work meeting lol

 

As long as we can all finish this round by Weds, I'll do it

 

Glad to see a couple of diss tracks made the cut. My initial choice was The Story of Adidon, but I know that was a little controversial. Didn’t know how that’d go lol

Yeah this is our most varied playlist yet, imo

 

Sometimes the transitions on the playlists are eerily good. Did not expect the end of "Sandcastles" into the guitar part from "Taxi Driver" to sound so nice.

 

Ooooh I love perfect song transitions for unrelated songs, definitely will focus on that when I run through the playlist

 

listening to MGMT today and "Brian Eno" would have been a pretty obvious pick here. I don't really like the song though, haha

 

Tried to listen to the playlist yesterday and immediately realized I needed to find a time when my kids weren't around haha

 

Yeah it starts off pretty intense haha
