Shame we're not friends anymore and you're just airing me out like this.

 

I wasn't crazy about bleu cheese either until a friend made me try bleu cheese crumbles on her steak. Gotta admit, it was pretty amazing.

 

I've tried t on a few things because putting it on steak or burgers or whatever sounds good until you remember that it's actual filth

 

Bleu cheese on a burger or in a salad is great.

 

I like feta. It's what bleu would be if it wasn't sickening

I work at a major cheese company (Sargento who are the cheese choices of the Packers and Brewers (whatever)) and there is an employee only store with amazing deals/prices. Spent like, 50 bucks today on cheese, which seems about normal for what people spend there. it's crazy.

 

Blue cheese is great, but I can completely understand why some people find it foul. It took me a long time before I finally appreciated it and now I love it.

@ChaseTx Do you like any other "strong" cheeses? I think people that dislike blue cheese probably don't like other strong cheeses. While I do like blue cheese, other similar/stronger cheeses turn me off.

 

Blue cheese tastes like sweaty socks.

 

I don't know what would be considered strong. I don't like anything that smells like that though
