Monterrey Pepperjack, Provolone, Mozzarella... all major key ingredients in my life. But I pretty much love 85% of the cheeses I've tried. Had a black pepper gouda recently that was life changing.
I still remember the religious experience I had discovering the cheese section in a French supermarket.
I have a weird relationship with cheese. I hated everything except for mozzarella for most of my life--including mac and cheese and grilled cheese--which made me feel sick. Now I've opened up to eating cheese more than I ever did. What I discovered is that the Bleu Cheese/Gorgonzola and Romano cheeses make me incredibly sick. Also Swiss tastes like garbage. I'm all for variations of gouda, cheddar, mozzarella, and hard Parmesan which is my weakness.
Legit same. My wife does it and I'll eat vegan meals but then post dinner go cut cheese right off the block. Favorite food probably.
I could eat fresh Mozzarella with tomato and basil every day...scratch that...every hour of my life. And bacon.
The only really bad cheese I've had is bleu, which is never not disgusting Don't love goat, but I'll eat it
