Seriously though I’ve watched every Challenge live since Free Agents and watched all the old seasons that are on Paramount + and I can’t remember a single thing he ever did.

 

He's Jonna's BFF extending all the way back to their RW season.

That's all I can remember of him. Nothing worthy in the *actual* Challenge.

 

I don’t even remember that Real World season haha.

 

Cancun! I remember cuz they lived in a suite in a hotel like Vegas and the band LMFAO loves Jonna and put her in their music video they were filming there.

And of course Jasmine. Good ol Jasmine haha.

 

Maybe I didn’t see that season of RW then. I don’t remember that at all. Although I remember Jasmine being crazy but that could have been her on The Challenge. Haha.

 

I don’t think the Cancun season has made it onto streaming.

 

Ahh. I just remember watching it live back in the day.....had the hugest crush on Jonna and I remember Jaz going onto the Challenge was prime for the amount of drama she brought to the table.

Gosh, mid 2000s were a great time for both shows.

 

I will never understand the reasoning behind why some seasons of Real World and The Challenge aren’t on streaming.

 

If you ask me, 2 All-Star Championships of not, Jonna is way overrated.

 

Yeah she’s completely overrated. She was basically a worser version of Nany when she was on The Challenge back in the day. She wins two seasons of All Stars and she thinks she’s a combined version of Laurel, Cara and Rachel.

 

MJ is the only reason they won that!

Although her AS1 finish wasn't BAD, she's not at the level she THINKS she is.

 

Another great episode. REALLY liking these new threats. Best roster of fresh meat since ......Tori/Kam says....Final Reckoning era? Vendettas I think? Very impressed with them.

That elimination made ME tired haha.

 

Got to give credit to Olivia, I didn’t think she had a chance.

I also don’t think CT was throwing the challenge, I honestly don’t think he could get up or wanted too. I bet it bites him next episode though.

 

Same, the way Leka started out I thought she had the stamina.

I don't think he was throwing it either, but I don't think it was due to him being out of shape. He has legit PTSD from S40, it'll be interesting to see what people have to say about it now that the episode has aired. I haven't listened yet but I do know Leka is the first on Bananas latest podcast episode and in sire they'll talk about it.

 

I listened to the Podcast this morning. Nothing earth shattering. She doesn’t think he threw the challenge but thinks he would have tried harder if it was a guys day. There is good gossip on alliances and who was shady/sneaky though. And what CT said on the bus ride that made people question his motives and who told Leka about it.

 

My favorite moment of the episode was Leroy at the vote. I've never seen Leroy like that. And then on top of that, "No you say it." DAAAAAYUMMMM. hahaha then it all made sense later when he explained, "I thought... what would Johnny Bananas do?"

Bananas lives on in spirit!

 

Hell yeah, that was my favorite moment too. Leroy keeping it real!

 

Yeah I loved that part of the episode, good for Leroy holding his ground and not letting the rookies run the voting.

 

That looked like a fun challenge! Survivor girls are sneaky, alliances be shifting all the time. And jeez Izzy needs to realize this is a game lol. Points stuff is wild.

That was a wild episode. A Challenge first?

CT showing why he's a GOAT. Turbo will always be Turbo and will always a threat. I really do think he's one person who could beat Jordan in a final.

Season is continuing to be a banger. Things are changing up again, and the preview shows thing will get even crazier down the road still.

 

Why didn't they give the people who finished and didn't cheat the points they would have earned? That seemed like a such a weird way to handle that. And I wish they'd actually called out everyone that did it by name.

 

Agreed, they really should have revealed who it was.

The only thing I can think is that either they didn't have ALL the footage, like they knew people cheated and had evidence but maybe not ALL of it, or not enough to give definitive names.

Or they did the math and realized that is they only punish certain people then the points would be so lopsided and it wouldn't make good TV or have a good outcome.

I was really hoping points would have gotten shaken up but nope.

 

I bet they didn't have the footage to know with 100% certainty who cheated. I wish we knew!!! All of these new threats should be taking back everything they said about CT. I bet he could've been first too if Sydney hadn't helped Turbo. I have been wishing Jordan was on this season too because he could really put them in their place. Jordan would not disrespect CT the way Turbo has either. I think we all know CT is best when there is a final.

 

Yeah I bet this is something we'll see brought up in the reunion and possibly even have footage and people exposed.

But yeah, after everyone clowning CT, he manhandled Derek with ease, absolutely destroyed their asses on the mini final....they don't know what they're talking about. I do feel bad for him though, he was oblivious to all the shit talking....he was in last week's Challengemania podcast and he was at a loss for words and seemed genuinely hurt and surprised at everyone's confessionals and the whole "justice for leka" BS. His r cent picture sho him getting back in shape so I really hope he's doing that and comes back and has these kids scared. Put some respect on his name, it's obvious they never saw his early seasons and know what he's about.

I don't think turbo was being THAT serious tbh, I'd actually compare it to Jordan/Aneesa and their season they were paired together, Ride or Dies. Cars has summed it up in her podcast appearances since she's bff's with those two....it's a difference in culture and the game. Turbo is the winner of Survivor Turkey where it was 120+ days, he literally lives for competition. He comes into the show and in his mind he expects everyone to take it as serious as he does, he expects everyone to play it as they expect to be #1, he expects that same dedication and he really did think CT threw the challenge and due to him coming into the season out of shape, doesn't really deserve to be here as he's not taking it as serious as him and his spot could have gone to someone who really CAN compete. It's obvious that everything got smoothed over, we see him say he wants CT to come back from elimination, we see this episode then joking around. So yeah, i compare to Jordan and Aneesa because of the way he kept pushing her and yelling at her etc, it's two people competing in different levels.....which is why a Turbo vs Jordan final would absolutely be good TV. As good as Jordan is, Turbo imo takes it.

 

Production probably didn’t have time to review the footage of the whole eating event in such a short amount of time to make a true ruling. Of course they could have told the cast they are going to review the tape and if people don’t confess by the morning there’s going to be major consequences. That could have led to drama that night.

It really bugs me that the new threats at clowning on CT, the dude won back to back challenges what 2 years ago, the guy is still a major threat.
