The Chainsmokers – “Paris”

This has serious the 1975 vibes to me (like if the chainsmokers remixed the 1975), which is weird coming from them.

 

Eh. Sounds like Chainsmokers to me. Definitely, no "Closer", but pleasant enough.

 

Heard it this morning on the way to work and it bops. I hear the 1975 vibe for sure.

 

Not saying it doesn't sound like chainsmokers too, but it definitely has elements of the 1975

Is there a catalog for these guys or just the 3 or 4 singles I've heard? I'm digging the vibes from this and Closer especially. Very late night drivey music if that makes any sense.

 

Fuck the Chainsmokers.

 

They only have like 12 or so songs, I don't think they've ever released a full album.

 

Hit after hit, seriously. Part of me hates that I enjoy this.

 

They have an EP, 'Collage', that compiles the singles.

 

Just skip the selfie song. These guys have gotten so much better since that.

 

I'm looking forward to a full length from these guys. Hopefully they'll release one this year.

Great Good Fine Ok's new EP is a really fun listen!

 

They deserve to be huge, such a great band.

 

Saw them open for Betty Who a couple years ago and had a blast. They killed it.

They are doing a headlining tour right now and it hits up Seattle on Tuesday I just found out. Gonna be tough for me to make that but good for them.
