Lemon fulfills the potential that this band has imo. They can be a jack of all trades and master of all at this point

After these three singles Carson is firing on all cylinders. He really cracked the code on how to write great pop hooks. Really proud of their growth from Die on Mars to here

 

I love the clean vocals anytime he uses them. If the next album has a better mix of harsh/cleans I could really get into it.

 

Based on the singles this is what you’re getting

 

Gotta be one of the most versatile vocalists in hardcore right now.

 

Lemon is amazing, like it so much more than the other singles

they and the last EP both did extremely little for me, kinda thought I was out on them but I've listened to Lemon 10 times today lol

 

if the whole album is this good it's an AOTY lock for me

I thought of FOB of course (lol at the current top youtube comment "I love the fallous outboys"), but also the drum loop from the pumpkins' "perfect" (and the late 90s William Orbit and Flood rock production era generally)

Trying really hard to not overplay Lemon but Spotify keeps putting it on and I can't turn it off
