No idea, sorry! I've never read the comics (don't tend to enjoy Garth's work much beyond the overall ideas, execution is meh and too juvenile), this is just something I happened to know and wanted to pass on. :)
Wow that was fast but I guess “coming 2020” could mean anything. Couldn’t even give us a season?! Smh
i know they were shooting the second season around when the first one came out, so I would guess thisll be out maybe like march-may?
Finally finished S1 yesterday. Overall, loved it. Homelander is a really great and disturbing villain. edit: officially released S2 trailer
Just finished this. Wow @ that ending! Also potential spoiler after watching the Season 2 trailer I didn't see A-Train in it, assume he's dead or is that what they want us to think?
Season 2 premieres Sept 4. Kinda surprised no one’s posted it in here yet. Rewatched with my brother this past week and had a blast
Can't wait. I'll need to rewatch the last two episodes since it's been a while. This season looks even more bonkers.
Just binged this. It’s the perfect show for DC fanboys who say Marvel has too much comedy and isn’t dark enough. The Deep’s storyline was really problematic, but Garth Ennis wrote the comic and he is the king of the edge lords.
I get why they are releasing it this way given the show’s popularity and the uncertainty surrounding new productions, but I’m really not a fan. Season 1 was just so perfect for binge watching.
theyre probably just trying to stretch its run because we're kind of hitting a desert of new shows since pretty much everything made before th pandemic has aired
I’m glad this is back tomorrow, but it will be hard not to watch those three episodes instead of just waiting until the whole season is available.
