Thought this was a strong start to the season. New Noir is hilarious and I'm very curious what Sage's role in the endgame is gonna be (please don't just have Homelander laser her in the finale)

 

Thought some of the humor in ep 2 was pretty obnoxious but optimistic about the rest of the season. Haven’t seen ep 3

 

Cautiously enjoying this season through the first 3 eps. Season 3 was the weakest so far imo, so I’ve been on the fence about what to expect but the fact that there’s an end date in sight will hopefully help things focus.

 

Hmmm I really enjoyed s3. Loved the Soldier Boy stuff and the flashbacks

 

Need to finish ep 3 but it's been very good so far

 

Season 3 would pretty solidly be my favorite season if the finale was good

Did anybody catch what was on the coffee table in sister sage’s apt during her scene with deep.

 

Wasn’t sure when I saw it, but seems to be that she lobotomized herself when I looked for discourse.

 

Yeah, one of her powers listed when they were considering her for the Seven mentioned regeneration, so I think the idea is that's her equivalent of having a beer/joint after work. No other way to get her brain to "turn off" than to do it literally.

 

Ok that makes sense.

 

I like the stuff they're building with Ryan, that he might become this world's first legitimately heroic superhero.

 

Allegedly? I mean the craziness over it was much sure, but it's hard to deny she does look pretty radically different over the years.

 

Yeah she can do whatever she wants but it is noticeable

 

I watched the 3rd episode today, so far my favorite thing this season is Black Noir. He cracks me up. The whole Truthcon thing was just on point. The "zionist cabal" line at the Bat Mitzvah was hilarious.

I didn't even notice any change in her appearance. People obsses over the stupidest things.

 

Honestly, I thought MM looked more noticeably different than Annie this season

 

Same, I thought it might be a different actor at first. I know he lost weight, but I think the clean shaven face just threw me more.

 

they both look noticeably different and it’s fine. good for both of them if they’re happy. pretending like it isn’t noticeable is weird though.

 

I did a double take in episode 1 and had to use x-ray to make sure it was the same actor.

 

MM's weight loss and different facial hair did throw me off at first ngl. Had a quick few seconds where I thought it might be a new character before I heard him talk.

season has been ok so far. Some fun interactions here and there but the plot so far has been a whole lot of nothing for me at least.

 

So far I enjoyed Gen V Season 1 more than the first few episodes of Boys Season 4. I feel like Hughie is kinda sidelined into a terrible storyline. I wonder if the Political Sup girl has something to do with Hughie's mom coming back?

 

Yeah idk it doesn’t seem like it’s the same quality anymore

 

Anthony completely stole the episode. Jesus Christ it was unsettling

 

Ya he went full on psychopath in this ep. Loved it.

Everyone is really going through it after this ep haha.

 

On episode 1 but damn MM and Starlight are so distracting. Annie looks like a completely different person.
