Just finished. Agree with a majority of what was said last couple pages. Fantastic season with some really strong performances, and a pretty meh finale. I think next season has the potential to be really something with Homelander clearly not giving a fuck anymore. Was also disappointed in the Noire outcome. Really was hoping he was going to go berserk on SB.
I thought it was funny that the climax of the season finale mostly took place in a shitty little office with a lot of filing cabinets.
I like this season and didn’t mind the finale but really don’t see how this goes beyond a 4th season unless you want the seasons to start treading water and ending at basically the same spot the last season ended Wrap this thing up, focus on the spin-off, if that works do more spin-offs
he's not even the only person on Supernatural that does that haha. Misha Collins doesn't actually speak like Cas
I swear I remember hearing that as the series went on, they would try to one up each other in how deep and gravelly they could get their characters' voices
right but that’s kind of that actor’s only role. jensen’s done the same voice across like three roles over decades haha! insane
Finally watched the new season over the last two days. This show just continues to get better and better every year. I'm sure it probably lost some people this year when it started overtly referencing specific current events instead of more broad satire but I personally really enjoyed that stuff, and I LOVED what they did with Homelander. He continues to be the best villain on TV I will say though I don't see how this can go on for more than a season or two, it really feels like it's starting to naturally wrap up. It'll start to feel forced or ridiculous if it keeps getting stretched out
i meant more “one supernatural cast member each season” haha but yes give me all of them throw castiel in too
PLEASE i’d also take a similar role to the comedian though that kinda just seems like butcher at this point
