My blazing saddles bootleg shirt that I ordered last month off das bootleg finally showed up today. I’m going to give it to my mom for Christmas, she’s gonna be stoked! it’s one of her all-time favorite movies, long live Mel Brooks!

My first ever bootleg shirt has held up decently well after all these years. Purchased outside the pop disaster tour stop in Tinley park Illinois back in 2002.

 

I miss parking lot bootleggers. They were all over the place in the Ozzfest/Warped days of the early aughts but I haven't seen one at a show in at least a decade.

I also don't go to a ton of arena/stadium shows so maybe that's why.

 

They are still very much a thing. But yeah, they only really appear at stadium/arena shows

 

I saw them when I saw NIN in Cleveland. I was bummed I didn’t have cash.

 

There were tons of them at the Oasis show in Pasadena last month. And ngl, some of the designs they had were pretty sick

 

I’m really into this SDRE boot BigLizardBoots is doing. Might cop the hoodie

That shirt rules until I realized it spells out and after that Texas

 

Ugh. Well yeah, don’t like that. Bootleg brands can keep their brand name off of rip-off merch.

 

That drop is live. I want that zodiac tee but don’t think I can pull the trigger because they had to spell out their stupid ass bootleg name.

 

Glad there was some communication from him and I totally get it but still waiting on my shirt from March and he wasn’t replying to emails

 

Yeah, that really sucks. He was always really responsive in the past.

 

I am still mad online about the Fincher drop. Some solid designs ruined by narcissistic bootleggers.

 

honestly didn't really think the designs were that good. their PTA drop last month was much better.

 

I guess really just the one zodiac tee.

 

I got the Nike shirt because the original goes for an insane amount. But yeah, the rest besides Zodiac weren’t very good. I also hate that the shirts look super stiff and uncomfortable in those mock-ups.
