This was a very, very fun episode. I am actually looking forward to next week, which is not something I've been able to say thus far about this show.

 

a lot of the Luke training stuff fell very flat to me, but i still enjoyed it enough.

I also assume Cobb isn't dead.

 

When I first saw Bane walking in the distance I was 100% convinced it was the warrior Tusken which would have been cool but I'm not complaining with who it ened up being

Easily one of the best hours in Star Wars media. 10/10 episode. Though, I’m not sure why they didn’t save all this for Mandalorian S3, but whatever.

 

I trust what they’re doing with these shows. Even with Boba, I trust they know what they’re doing.

 

How did Vanth kill three Pike dudes with only two shots at the beginning?

 

Cad Bane would have done it with one.

 

I don't think I ever really bothered to get a firm answer on this, but were we always supposed to assume that duel between Cad Bane and young Boba actually still happened despite it being a deleted scene? I thought that Cad Bane was injured in Rebels and it's implied that that's still what happened to him. Maybe they'll retell that via flashbacks before the show ends.

 

Hopefully Cad Bane didn't kill Cobb. It looks like the townspeople are checking up on him, but his body was never shown moving after he was shot. I have a strong dislike for Cad.

Kinda crazy we got 2 Mandalorian episodes in a season of Boba Fett

 

This one was mainly a Skywalker episode featuring the Mandalorian.

 

I thought the CG and de-aging looked way better than the season 2 finale. Looks like they made a smart move hiring the deep fake guy from YouTube.

 

Yeah it did look better, but I still would have preferred the face of a real actor

 

Would love to see more interaction between luke and ahsoka.
