Probably better suited for a comic than a show

 

Thinking about it, this kinda fits Favreaus MO. He does something that’s obviously a passion project & turns out great (Iron Man, Jungle Book, Mando) then based on the success of the first, he makes a follow-up that feels very cash-grabby and soulless (Iron Man 2, Lion King, Book of Boba).

 

Almost certainly going to be shit or cancelled at this point.

 

This show is terrible. Why am I watching Boba Fett pet a rancor like a puppy? This feels like a bad fan made show.

Man that chase brought back pod racing flashbacks but not in a good way. Was that the intention? If so, job well done. This has such a like 90s vibe to it. So weird.

The cyborg racers were kind of cool but why did they look so much more modern? It feels like some of this stuff was just randomly added with no thought about context lol

 

Give me a Sebulba series

 

Just watched the third episode and it was fun. Didn’t think it was bad or good. It had its moments.

 

The speeders are definitely a homage to American Graffiti.
