yeah, it's definitely the most accessible of their albums. hope you find something you like this time
Vocals are a bit much for me still. I think I could definitely be a fan with more time tho. Tbh I haven’t been listening to them super frequently. Things just get lost in the shuffle
Crimes is still the most unique album to come out of the early 00 post-hardcore scene imo. Masterpiece.
I got to see them open for Coheed in 2005 after Crimes had come out and it was incredible. They were so insane that they got booed off stage
with mewithoutYou and dredg? that was such an eclectic line-up imo. I think a lot of people at my show didn't know how to take pretty much any band that came on before Coheed tbh
Yup, that was the one. I liked all three bands so i was ready for how different each set would be but yeah, a lot of people weren’t having it
cody is putting out a new solo LP JR Slayer (Blood Brothers' Cody Votolato) releasing new LP (stream a track)
These guys will always be one of my absolute favorite bands, and I'm eternally grateful I got to see them as many times as I did. I was wearing a BB shirt when I met my wife, and they were also the first band we saw together. I also really love all of the side projects, especially Jaguar Love. I also saw them on that tour. Easily one of my favorite tour lineups ever.
