It’s #10 on my list. I’m quite lucky to have been listening to Our Two Skins since mid-May – hopefully, with a lot more time on our hands, she ends up high on the EOTY list!

Why don't you pump the fucking breaks a little, huh? I literally have not criticized ONE single poster, person, or band in this thread, so kindly kiss my ass. I never said it was anybody's problem nor did I say I have a problem with it. Making "such a statement?" I said.....and I quote..."I've never heard of 90% of these bands/artists." That is a statement of fact that requires no research. Nor is it odd. Like what you want' I don't give a shit. How am I preventing that? Man....Overreaction City. population you. Because I can be....? I see some others listing bands that i like and that's cool. Christ. Be more triggered.
Fun list! I've heard 24 of the 30 in the overall staff list and I'm going to check out the ones I haven't heard yet: Dua Lipa Rina Sawayama LAUV Selena Gomez Trace Mountains Empty Country
Crazy as this may sound, a gent I met online from the UK put out an album a few months ago that I'm still yet to find a comparable release to this year. Name is Chris Lody, album is proper ambient music. ChrisLody. Nicest guy too, working on some very interesting sync work atm. Enjoy!
A few weeks late, but put together my favorites so far of the year. Top 5: Forest Green Dragged Under Incase We Crash EP Satyr City Mouth Honorable Mentions: Broadway Calls Carpool Properties of Nature EP Oolong Driveways EP Picturesque Chief State EP Belmont EP Downswing Trying Science Polaris Mundane EP Chase Tremaine Galleons Beginning of the year, first 3-4 months or so, did not hit me that hard. But things have really picked up of late. Most of these bands I hadn’t listened to until this year, actually! There were a few times I discovered a band only to see them appear in my Release Radar a couple weeks later with a new EP or album which was always a pleasant surprise.
