Went to the new Marz bar over the weekend and one of their bartenders noted my Dovetail hat and preceded to absolutely rave about them being the best brewery in the city. Apparently their water treatments and reverse osmosis processes are straight nuts to try and get everything as close to it is in Germany as possible.
Me too. San Tan used to make one here and then out of nowhere they haven't produced it over a year now and it's pretty disappointing because it was a great summer IPA.
Fresh grapefruit sculpin was so good. Too bad after the first shipment to Michigan, ballast point never sent fresh beer.

This was pretty crazy. So rich and even a little tangy. Not like anything else I’ve tried, maybe a little like De Dolle Oerbier because of the dark fruit and tang? But better. thanks to @spiffa0 I got to try this!
