Grabbed some singles of some toppling goliath that dropped in MI. First time I've had their beers since 2016

I am so glad Jackie Os has been making its way to Chicago more and more.

A can each of Pseudo Sue, King Sue and Pompeii. Looked through my untappd and discovered I've had 11 TG beers and I have memories of two of them.

did Toppling Goliath change how they distribute within the last few years? I feel like I started seeing Pseudo Sue, King Sue and Supa Sumo all the time here in MA ~2019 onward

 

It’s been everywhere in northeast Ohio for at least the past year or so.

I bought an 8(???) pack of Guinness pint cans today and my wife was legit thrown aback when she saw that in the fridge tonight asking why I bought it.

Hop Butcher (never heard of them) is moving into Half Acre’s original location this fall. Read Averie is still deciding what do do with Keeping Together but would suck if she moves out of Chi

 

Hop Butcher gets a lot of love for their IPAs. I think its a generally positive development that they are getting their own facility.

 

Yep hop butcher has been a hot name in trades recently. From what I gather from my friends who still trade actively.

 

They mostly do DDH hazies and sours. Nothing I’ve ever had by them has ever blown me away. Their can art rules though.
