I shared a Suarez Local Boy and a Fair Isle Paulie dark farmhouse with a friend at Wildcat Peak in Tilden Regional Park yesterday. The rain the day before cleared up the skies nicely, and the views were incredible!

@OhTheWater have you tried any of the current beers from Tired Hands? Making my way down there today and wondering if you have any suggestions. The brett lagerbier & new eviscerated pathway both sound great, but of course the DDH Alien Church is tempting too

 

I have 16 of the DDH Double AC in my fridge right now! I haven't had any yet, but the reviews are very positive. Honestly, every one of the DDH beers that they've put out has been great, almost a must-buy at this point. I've been boring in terms of branching out to other styles recently, so I haven't had the lagerbier.

From what I see on the site, the DDH Double AC, DDH Hop Hands and the DDH Wish Fulfillment are all probably great. I haven't had the DDH Eviscerated, but the OG one is not one of my favorite TH beers. I've been off of their flavored milkshake beers, but if you're into lime the Shook is probably good. If you're feeling fancy, that Peach Endoused sounds intriguing as well.

Do you know how the new ordering process works? You have to order online now and then tell them your receipt number to pick up.

I'm also not a huge milkshake IPA person. I keep hearing good things about their mixed ferm stuff so this will be tough haha. Thanks!

not sure if she's been mentioned on here before, but has anyone heard of Pints and Panels? she's studying to become a master cicerone and has started doing little Q&A sessions on IG Live every Wednesday at 5:00pm EST. highly recommended. she's extremely knowledgeable and I've learned a ton from just the three sessions I've watched.

 

I got a print commissioned from her some time ago. Em really knows her stuff and is very talented. Also works at Fox Farm in CT

 

I've been thinking about getting a print commissioned from her, but for now I've just bought a few prints to decorate my basement. love her art style too.
