Yeah, I can’t imagine anyone living there being ok with that plan at all.. also had no idea they were planning on a 500 capacity building. Not sure there’s any other building on the whole cape that has that kind of crowd capacity
The plan would have had to go through planning and zoning approval and more than likely city council approval. During that process there's usually an opportunity for objections by the public. And if you are a neighbor of a proposed construction project you are sent information about the project and the meetings so you can participate. The people filling the lawsuit must not have paid any attention during the entire process.
