Went to Stoneface for lunch with the fam, and picked up their Berliner Weiss with Raspberry. Been wanting to get into sours, so this was a good starting point
I can't have a sour that's not imperial anymore. I feel like I'm wasting my time with anything below 8%.
I thought it was really solid. I had it with the Dog Mi. I hadn't had a Banh Mi in forever, so this was a nice treat
Glad you enjoyed it! I usually get one of their impossible burgers but the falafel burger and seafood sandwich (rotates) are also good. The current scallop roll is solid but a few months ago they had a miso cured black cod kimchi sandwich that was unreal. I order from them a lot haha. They recently started selling singles which I’m happy about because they always have a few beers I want to try
burial posting jobs for the charlotte location. might apply even though i have zero shot just bc i’m so passionate about their beer
I'll do an official count later but I probably came home with 310 or so cans of beer/cider, 10 bottles, and one bottle of whiskey. Of that I'm "giving" away (through trade or people had given me money up front) 4 bottles, probably 40 or so cans. I'll be logging this all into a spreadsheet later so I can see what I have.
My fridge is essentially empty since we were away all week. Plus I have another fridge just for beer. I'll probably buy a beverage fridge in the next few days though because I need the normal fridge space obviously. The ciders are not being kept cold and there's probably 50 or so cans of just cider.
Awesome, thanks! I've had some Burial stuff before and am excited to check out more. I also signed up for the Ancillary emails, seems like a really cool concept.
Any familiarity with Clouds? That's the one closest to where we'll be living, but several others aren't too far away: Clouds Brewing
Aight here's what I have currently. I obviously drank some and I offloaded 12 cans earlier today to someone. Beer
