Mole inspired stout aged in apple brandy and bourbon barrels. It’s been cold and shitty all day so something warming was in store.
Nice, glad you liked it!! Btw, we just randomly got a drop from Resident Culture here! Not sure if it’s just a one-time thing
Haha I will, I promise. I only went today because I was picking up Bruery and it's 5 min away, but next time I'll try to have more time ahead so I can reach out to you
That's a pretty fair statement for the most part, but they also both can and bottle a lot of the same beers too
I guess the better way to word it would be to say the bomber bottle only stuff. Because Happens It's Tuesday is the same (overhyped) in either bomber or can. :)
Alright, this one is pretty wild. It actually reminds me of an older Bruery beer called L'deracola where the flavor is very impressive that it nails exactly what it's going for, but I can't say I'd have it again haha. This tastes just like cherry coke, pretty crazy.
Canning up our doppelbock today, finally. It's drinking so well, not a trace of heat despite being 10%
100%. I'll probably never drink one of these again (as I don't actually drink a lot of our beer anyway), but I thought our brewer absolutely nailed the flavor profile. Fun thing to try but I'd worry if someone made this a daily drinker haha
Not a trace of booze on this at 10%. Probably the easiest drinking double-digit alcohol beer I've had. I can't wait to have input on what we do with this next year. If it's up to me, this is getting red wine barrel treatment and some is also getting cherries or both barrel + cherries.
