All I can say about that is DAYUM! Cracked into the first Threes bottle of the massive shipment I ordered. Wandering Bine saison. It gave me Goose Island Sofie vibes but more barnyard. So good. (burners were off)
I should run to be a state rep in new jersey and my only platform will be to change NJ liquor laws to allow out of state breweries to ship to NJ
it's been really cool to see lamplighter grow from when they opened and now shipping stuff this far, love it

I'm convinced the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic have weird liquor laws because they were colonized by Quakers and other more conservative religious folks, whereas i've never heard of these restrictions in the Midwest as imperialist expansion just brought over tons of Germans looking to make more beer.
picked up a bunch of OH’s ‘Freak Week’ releases today. all different collabs with The Veil, Weldwerks, Shared, and Alvarado Street. really stoked to see the Alvarado Street one @djwildefire, their beer was probably my favorite from our trade.
Off Color announced today they’re not going to reopen for indoor service with the rest of Cook County until all staff are vaccinated, so gotta support em for making the sound decision
Nice to know there are breweries charging $90 for a 6 pack of lager Why Is Screaming Eagle’s Winemaker Making $90 6-Packs of Lager?
millenials dont eat pb lol? i must be a weirdo cuz its a staple in my diet. deepest condolenceses to those w nut allergies.
Alvarado’s awesome and they kill it across all styles, even mixed-ferm saisons which they release under the name Yeast of Eden. Had a different batch of Slice Joint a few years ago, and liked it, even though IPAs aren’t usually my thing. I actually just picked up a different Alvarado/OH collab, a pastry sour with blueberries, vanilla, almonds, toasted coconut, cinnamon and maple syrup. It’s called Biggie’s Crunchee Brunch. Sounds like it could be really good or really bad, but curiosity got the best of me.
