Non Sequitur has a home and holy shit this is absurdly close to me! as in this was my go-to coffee spot/roaster before they shut down. best news
unfortunately only the unboxed cans are for me. silver lining tho is that last minute christmas shopping can be really easy if ur friends/family like beer lmao
i see its rated 4 stars on beer advocate for what thats worth but ill let u know later on what i think of it for sure.
re - im a fan. is a bit on the malty side but its got a little more bitterness then a lot of other coffee stouts i think, which is a plus in my book. its not as good as 2 road espressway but definitely worth a try, im glad i picked it up.
I think I'm going to try to hit up Tree House next week. Maybe Hudson Valley/Suarez instead. But damn I would really like to try Julius or one of the variants
after going thru a case of tree house for the last month my favorite from them is definitely the very green. they were all fantastic but that 1 was very possibly the best beer i ever had lol its ridiculous.
Looks like Threes distributes to NH now and I’ve seen a few of you talking about them. What are some of their better beers?
Definitely get Vliet and Logical Conclusion. If you can, get some of their saison bottles such as Wandering Bine or Divine Symmetry. Really can’t go wrong with anything. Idk if it’s available, but the foudre aged black lager they did with Schilling is fantastic.
I was not a fan of logical conclusion but everyone seems to like it. Maybe had a can that was on the shelf too long
It's a pretty classic citra-mosaic ipa. So I guess if you generally like those hops, it must have been an off can.
Loving all the hauls I'm seeing you guys get for the holidays. I'm keeping it simple for Christmas with a Suarez Saunter (dark english mild) and Hardywood's Christmas Morning (GBS with coffee). Probably will open something celebratory for NYE, likely Hill Farmstead's Vera Mae that someone got for me this summer.
