A brewery here in town has been doing stubby cans for a couple of years now for their big releases. They’re also wayyyy cheaper for the brewery then 12 or 16 oz cans.
Ive been wanting smaller sizes for big BA beers for years now! I’ve always hated that most breweries put them in bombers or 750’s, since I usually will never drink that much in one sitting and don’t always have someone to share with
Not a stout guy but the icarus fluffist was pretty good. Really enjoyed bang kitty. The guy that dropped off the delivery was cool and was talking to me about my dog. He thanked me for the tip I left on the order and I wish I asked if he got all of it or if it was shared. Granted he is using the company car and I assume he gets paid a wage, but it has to be annoying driving all over new jersey all week.
The Threes x Schilling collab is here. Taking the best of Threes (oak aged lagers) with Schilling (Czech, dark)
Bay Area Whole Foods’ got a big drop of Cantillon, so I stocked up. Missed out on the Fou Foune but managed to snag 4 bottles of Rose de Gambrinus. Pretty stoked! Price point was extremely reasonable too ($22/750 mL)
@momo32t Placed my Threes order, but since then they added two Schilling beers to their online store. The Dunkel and Kellerpils.
DDH Galaxy & Citra Alien Church is really something special I’ve noticed recently that I store my IPAs too cold I think, takes a while to really taste them
The dunkel has been around the city for a little while. I had the Kellerpils it was decent Couldn’t make it to Threes today but someone who works there told me they brewed a lot of it
Having a Sam Adams Winter Lager with dinner, this beer makes me so nostalgic. Still my favorite of their seasonal beers.
