People complained and said similar things when Treehouse moved to Charlton from Monson. I think anytime a place has big and fast expansion people just assume they’re cutting corners to make as much beer as possible. I haven’t had OH in a about a year but the stuff I’ve had ranged from really good to Ok. I could see them not standing out as much as they used to since there are so many places making good NEIPAs nowadays.
I've got to remember to do can checks here. I did one on Zoom during trivia night and no one cared. The best thing I've had lately is Order of Magnitude from Edmund's Oast, a 7.5 ABV Imperial Sour.
That looks amazing. Speaking of Icarus... @spiffa0 sent me a box of brews that my wife and I ran through over the weekend. It was a great mix of breweries that I hadn't had before. Other Half, Tired Hands and Icarus. The Icarus was far and away the best tasting of the group. Just super great. Thanks again spiff.
Drove 14 hours today from LA to Denver to avoid flying for a 4-person Thanksgiving week with my wife's brother+husband and just arrived. Was greeted with plenty of O'Dells, I'm wiped out.
