Very smooth stout, into it

 

Hope everyone is celebrating with some beers today. I started out local (Wild East) before getting my first Schilling lagers at Beer Witch. Currently watching the news on the couch with a Palatine Pils.

 

I’m going to have my last 750 of rodenbach Alexander. Usually just have it on my birthday but this is a perfect occasion.

Not sure how things are in the US but one of the cool things to come out of COVID are things pubs are doing. When we were in lockdown earlier in the year pubs started doing growler fills/canning of the beers they have. A lot of places still doing it even though things have opened back up. I picked up this one yesterday. ‘Glazed and Confused’. A jam donut NEIPA. Not getting the donut taste but can definitely taste the jam. Rather sweet!
