The new Anchor 2020 Christmas ale sounds fantastic: The 2020 Anchor Christmas Ale is a one-of-a-kind, featuring the highest ABV at 7% and darkest appearance of any vintage. Yet, this year’s release is easy-drinking and approachable for everyone at a holiday gathering or virtual event. Anchor’s 2020 Christmas Ale is silky-smooth and layered with classic holiday flavors of chocolate, toasted marshmallows and graham crackers - perfect for enjoying at the end of the meal, or around a fire with close friends. This winter warmer teems with aromas of fresh coffee and dark chocolate, and pours with a tight, creamy cappuccino-colored head.
picked up westbrook white thai and bhramari i voted today, along with a bottle of pinot noir just in case
@momo32t I always pick up a pack of the Xmas beer to taste the new year, certainly will be getting this year's soon!
I didn’t care for last years version. But ever since touring the brewery back in 2017, I’ve been really into trying it each year.
One 750mL bottle for me tonight, one I’ve been holding onto for a while. Sante Adairius - Another Realm, barrel-aged saison w/ Chardonnay lees. It was excellent.
This is really unfortunate news. Shelton Bros was a prominent importer of foreign beer, including Cantillon. I imagine someone will pick of the slack but this still sucks.
