Well well well, would you look at what just arrived in the mail.... Very excited to try these out!

it was so beautifully packed, there was no chance of explosion there. I'll totally eat the rice too, lol.

 

In 2018 we released a still beer. It was a Belgian Triple pitched with wild yeast, conditioned on Scuppernong Grapes, and aged 26 months in Gin barrels. It came out as a super smooth, velvety, wine-like sour ale at about 8.9%.

I also really enjoy still saisons as long as they've been barrel aged long enough to pull in some really solid oak flavors

 

I might sit this Beer trade out just because I'm overwhelmed with online learning and stuff but I definitely will in the future.

These are all things I could potentially get to trade at my local distributors that I personally like a lot

 

Grimm, KCBC, Finback, Threes, and Other Half are all within biking distance for me so hope ya'll want some of that! grocery store by me also usually has a solid selection. also excited to get some Non-Sequitur out to folks outside of the city, great little pop-up brewery here.

 

The Bruery, Bottle Logic, Smog City, Monkish, Firestone Walker, Modern Times, and more than a handful of others that are less well known are within my range

this is probably my favorite beer of all time, so when I saw a six pack at the grocery store I had to grab it even tho I know it’s out of season. well it’s actually a batch from 2018 lol, but it still tastes absolutely incredible

I adore this beer, one of my absolute favorite stouts

 

I’m fucking pissed because during the summer, Giant had a 4pk of Breakfast Stout for like $9.99 and I didn’t get it and now I’m craving one. I think that might be my favorite overall beer

 

i'll hit up salud's bottle shop. they usually have the best of the charlotte area and Asheville, with a few from the triangle

 

First time I had it was back in January when I first started getting into craft beer. have yet to have a stout I like more besides maybe big muddy peanut butter cup milk stout

 

I finally had some breakfast stout for the first time a week or two ago, easily lives up to the hype. I’m a sucker for chocolate and/or coffee stouts

 

It’s so good! I love the slight heat from the chili, not necessarily spicy but you know it’s there
