The last box I sent out, I told the FedEx lady I was sending snow globes, and I could tell she knew I was bullshitting but sent it anyway haha

 

I'm down. I'd love to continue sending out beers from my brewery (sent a couple boxes to some folks on here last week) as well as sharing some gems from my homies at other local breweries

 

My local UPS store thinks I make and ship home-made BBQ sauce.

 

Good beer, but doesn't quite pull off the flavor I hoped for

 

I love the idea of trading beers with you all, but the packaging and shipping process sounds like a pain in the ass, haha.

 

bought 20 lottery tickets for the Tree House - Tree of Life (Port Barrel-Aged) lottery and my friend bought another 20. really cool they're giving everyone 12 weeks to come pick it up, and I love that the lottery proceeds are going to a brewing/distilling scholarship for BIPOC.

I don't think I will win (they're probably going to get a minimum of 10,000 entries) but you never know.

Cracked open a Belgian Quad aged in four roses barrel from my work’s anniversary release in 2018 and hot damn quads are the best.

Doing something crazy... Last beers before Sober September. I had a new ID taken today and, oof... I know I've gained some lbs over the last two years away from a regular army unit not doing any daily exercise, but this was... a wake up call, lol. So, 30-45 min of exercise daily this month and no drinks... which will suck since we're vacationing in Vermont for a couple days in three weeks and there's a number of breweries up there I was going to hit up. May just need to buy/bring back and have later.

 

the harder you push yourself, the sooner you'll be drinkin the sweet juice again soon, so work it baby!! haha.

I drank enough Blue Moon with orange slices in my younger daystdays know that's probably pretty solid haha

 

blue moon with orange was my go to at bars before i got into craft beer. either that or allagash white, which i have yet to see here in st louis but could get it at most bars i went to up in philly including my old work

 

Blue Moon was definitely my gateway too, then Allagash White was one of the first beers that showed me what else was out there

 

Also went with Blue Moon as my initial go to beer with a larger orange slice than what was probably needed.

 

shelby is actually a good distance from charlotte, but I'll check them out if I'm ever over there

 

also i saw NoDa was mentioned in the comments. they're literally a five minute walk from me. lemme know if you ever want something from them and maybe we can work out a trade or something
