Finding the Birthday and Anniversary ones will be no easy feat. Weller 12 and OF Birthday barrels are going to send the both the beer and bourbon communities after that stuff so hard. I dread seeing what secondary pricing will be

I’ve already had: Southern Tier Pumpking Southern Tier Warlock Masthead Haunted Hayride Kentucky Pumpkin Barrel Ale Whole Hog Pumpkin Ale Gonna pick up Dogfish Punkin Ale tomorrow.
Yeah there’s absolutely a can shortage. Not sure if it’s hit a lot of smaller breweries yet. AB, and Miller Coors are definitely feeling it.
In April our brewery paid like 2.5x the normal rate to get a small run of labeled crowler cans in. Only going to get worse. Blanks were getting harder to find last summer, let alone now that everyone is trying to do crowlers. fuck some places are trying to put crowlers into grocery stores as four packs of cans lol.
We're currently stocking about 4x as many pallets of blanks compared to normal in anticipation of the shortages getting worse
My first of the deconstructed Bombs, Vanilla. And.... I gotta be honest, it's not that great for some reason. The vanilla tastes... Fake, metallic, plastic. Maybe it's a bad bottle or maybe there's a reason all 4 flavors are there usually haha.
Someone came into the bar yesterday and said “do you guys have Schlafly Pumpkin yet?” then today I was asked for Spaten Oktoberfest. I hate people.
Southern Tier Pumking is just straight up one of my favorite beers ever. Holding off having one until my Fantasy Football draft though.
Yeah. I had a meeting with a small brewery in the city I just moved and he’s like “we will probably start self distro, keg sales, crowlers in stores” and I was just like uhhhhhh no thanks. Tropicalia is a great ipa.
I think Prairie stuff is overpriced for the quality of the product. (Ducks head) $13-16 a bottle and just an okay stout IMO. Was really excited when I saw Holiday Weekend drop and then after taking the first sip was transported back to the last time I bought a Prairie.
My friend that lives in Brooklyn is coming down for a socially distant hang this weekend and bringing some other half I asked him to pick up. Excited since it will be my first other half beers
Other Half used to be such a special experience for me. Over time I realized how many other great breweries there are in the area/how many continue to open up and brew great products. Not a knock on the quality, but they are def overhyped by some annoying beer bros
I just spent 100 on Icarus beer today to be delivered next week, 100 on other half I'll get this weekend, then I'll spend probably another 100 in kane for things I can't get in the store tomorrow. I have a problem.
