My 500th Untappd check-in was at Lamplighter. Then i knew that I had made it and have barely used the app in the two and a half years since lol.
How are you controlling the temperature for fermentation? How long are you planning on letting it lager?
Put together a little ferm chamber with this mini fridge and an inkbird controller, holds temps pretty good within a few degrees, gonna let it go at 50 for a couple weeks, do a diacetyl rest then lager for 3 weeks or so (probably just til the other keg is empty tbh)
I do appreciate the offer but I will not be able to take you up on it at this moment. My alcohol budget needs to be decreasing at the moment.
If you start going to BL regularly let me know. Would love to have a trustworthy proxy (they are allowing that now for their pick ups)

It tastes like minty fudge. Super thick. For me, it’s good but I am totally fine with just one of them. I should add I don’t care for mint or mint flavored things in general. Not sure if you’re an ice cream fan but it reminds me a lot of Ben and Jerry’s Minter Wonderland. First thing I thought of when I tasted it.
Good luck! I would love to go a month without drinking, but I need to work on my self control. I’ve been cutting back a lot tho. There’s just too many good beers out right now!
