Happy Memorial Day everyone

 

Those waffle fries look so good, crispy is the way to go

 

Alexias sweet potato waffle fries are tough to find but epic when you can.

 

Moved my work from home poolside, there's a lot about work from home I've been enjoying lately....

My favorite beer tavern is opening up. Gonna make it out this weekend. Hopefully they have wings on the menu. Either way their food is good.

 

Update: it’s incredible. Moderate acidity, lots of fruit flavor, hints of funk and oak.

So...this beer exists:

 

Beer selection on base is quite bad, but didn't feel like making a trip today so found/picked up this. Halfway through a glass and... this is a powerful one.

Edit: Surprised this glass hasn't fully cracked yet.

 

Ok I lied sober month starts Monday. Got squealers of a cream ale and chocolate cherry stout from Smuttynose and a 4 pack of a new Stoneface IPA called Syzygy. Enjoying the cream ale on my deck right now, happy Friday!

Tired Hands finally allows you to mix and match to get four 4-pks (unless you could always do that and I’m dumb). Grabbed the max 3 of the anniversary beer and some Hop Hands

 

Brewed up an Anchor Steam style Cali Common,
turned out amazing one of my favorite beers I've made
