Apparently since last year they’ve done it. This is the first I’ve seen it in cans though. I prefer it
to PB but it’s all about swerve city. Might do a San Diego trip next week so will hit up the brewery

Smuttlabs Brewery & Kitchen to open in Dover

Very excited for this. I’m happy Smuttynose has been able to explore their Smuttlabs beers again after shelving them for a bit.

 

Two successful ANTEAD releases in a row for me. So I assume my luck is done for the next like 5 years.

 

Allagash White and lobster like a cliche New Englander tonight and I loved every second of it. White is a perfect beer.

 

Obviously had to purchase this

 

Heading to Athens, OH to get a cabin with some college buddies. It’s the end of Ohio Brew Week and we plan to bottleshare. Bringing this bad boy from Chicago: Blended In | Pipeworks Brewing Company

 

introduced my new roommate to Grimm tonight. he’s not really into going outside of the norm and the pure joy of watching him try some of these was great to watch. we had a whole bunch of half pours. the two standouts for him were their 1st Anniversary triple at 11% that could go down like juice and my personal favorite Gamelon Pop.

he ended up getting his first growler of Gamelon and I had to get the Anniversary. I love this place.

Just looked Gamelan Pop up and my god it sounds delicious

 

Gamelan was pretty good but the OG Mango Pop! was one of the best in the series. Probably my third favorite behind cherry/raspberry and orange/blackberry.

I really hope they bring back Vacay one day. My favorite sour of theirs.

I went in for a few beers last night and they were still there hanging out and drinking. Had to be a long day.

 

Sounds like it was. Can’t wait to see and drink what they made.

 

@waking season did you know 603 opened a new spot? Here now and it’s a nice place, really big and a great view.

 

The Night Shift distributor at my local liquor store recommended this beer from Chicago and it’s solid. A big juicy boi

Oh yeah I heard about that! I went to their original place in Londonderry a few years ago and enjoyed it. Would you recommend the new spot?

 

That Other Half cheesecake beer does indeed taste like cheesecake and it’s.....disorienting.

 

Definitely if you’re in the area. It’s a big improvement from their last place. They had food too that looked pretty decent

 

That’s how I felt about the Other Half Big Brekkie. Actually did have an eggy taste to it.
