Ok update I am still a rookie struggled to drink half a pint lol. Not cause of bad taste but i feel all heavy and bloated. I'm used to only drinking tea and water

I have to make up for when I lived in Portland amongst beer snobs and never touched a beer lmao

 

Tbf beer snobs are like music snobs and tend to just gatekeep on the things they like haha.

 

Picked up the cans and they are beautiful

 

Did $20 for a 4-pack of KBS and honestly don’t think it is anything special.

 

It’s overrated for sure. I think it’s still a very good beer, though.

 

Portland has soooooooo much good beer

 

Idek where to start! I didn't drink much at all when I lived there and now when I go back to visit I get overwhelmed by the options!

Can’t seem to find Goldbrau but it’s always a good day when I find any kind of Stiegl

 

If I were there, i'd be hard pressed to not just flip back and forth between Great Notion and Cascade.

Short’s Power of Love shandy is pretty good. Only 3.0% ABV though lol

 

Lovin' the low ABV beers right now, they're so perfect for the summer

 

trying the evil genius i love lamp pineapple hefeweizen right now. i like it a lot but it tastes way more like banana than pineapple to me. very little of the hefeweizen taste, very heavy on the fruit taste

 

i recommend this to every person that comes in to my restaurant trying to order a blue moon

 

had a couple troegs sunshine pilsners earlier today. perfect light beer for the sun

since our beer menu is so extensive i have a couple go to recommendations in each category, thats one of mine for our "refreshing/crisp" category

 

It’s so good. Between Troegs Sunshine, Victory Prima, and Tired Hands Trendler PA has some damn good pilsners.

 

The banana taste may actually be from the hefe part of the beer and perhaps the pineapple just isn’t coming through so much
