I have been drying out/ going booze free for the last 3 weeks in marathon prep and I cannot wait to get my hands on this limited edition bad boy after I cross the finish line. Milkshake IPAs have been popping up at all of my local breweries. I'm digging them. Can anyone recommend any good ones that might be available in a larger market?
I know pumpkin beers aren’t too popular in this thread but I, ah, really like them and tis’ The season. This Roadsmary’s Baby taste like Vanilla Rum. Very interesting taste to it.
That Roadmary's Baby logo is SICK. That said - no thanks on the pumpkin beers. But I also don't like pumpkin anything.
It honestly has no pumpkin flavor to it at all. It's aged in rum barrels with vanilla beans, which is exactly what it taste like. Vanilla rum. It's definitely an interesting taste. My wife loves pumpkin beers too and HATED this one.
I was only going to buy five of those six packs, but the dude at the register insisted that I also grab the Headless Wylie.
Celebrating my new job with this year’s Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest and it is delicious. I look forward to these collabs every year and they’ve yet to disappoint.
I had it at their Oktoberfest this weekend and it was actually pretty good. I was expecting it to be over the top sweet but it really wasn’t.
I've always found Great Lakes Brewing to be be kind of mediocre. I like their christmas ale, chillwave IPA, and their blackout stout though
Conway's Irish Ale has always been one of my favorite beers. Other than that, I think a lot of Great Lakes beers are overrated (especially the Christmas Ale). I like most of them, but nothing earth-shattering.
I've been wanting to get a six pack but I feel like I'm cheating myself with all the great fall stuff out.
