Hasn't seen a thread for this yet, and Peter Jackson just released a sneak peek today

 

Gotta say, it’s crazy seeing this high quality footage of them.

 

I thought the same thing. Looks amazing.

 

I saw this thread and felt defeated that they were finally going to do a prestige Beatles biopic. This is much better news.

 

It’s really cool to see something from that long ago not look that different from current times. The world was in just as much color back then as it is now. Definitely going to cry at least once.

 

They Shall Not Grow Old was incredible, so I can only imagine this will be the same.

 

Seeing that Disney has the worldwide distribution rights to this, I’ll watch it on Disney+

This looks really cool. I loved They Shall Not Grow Old, too. I’d be pretty happy if Peter Jackson just settled into these kinda documentaries with remastered old footage for the rest of his career, lol.

 

Looking forward to this. The footage in that sneak peek is really neat.

Holy shit this 2nd part is absolutely unbelievable. I don't wanna post any spoilers but WOW.


This footage in color is stunning.

 

Watching this makes me want to spin Revolver

..just like anything Beatles related.
