Let’s be honest the show has given zero reason to think there is a romance between carmy and syd and we’re all talking about some dipshits glorified blog
Something random occurred to me recently: like in terms of how little this show costs to produce vs the crazy huge streaming numbers it does this has to be the most financially successful show in all of streaming right? All the shows bigger than this are like $100 mil+ per season filled with CGI or use big expensive elaborate set pieces.
I think he’s saying this is cheap to produce, just pay the actors and have a few locations as opposed to something like house of the dragon that has a ton of CGI and what not so it’s a bigger return on investment
I am just saying this show is successful for it's small budget lol don't need to read into that heavy my dude
but that's what I'm trying to figure out, what is The Return? Was there a notable leap in Hulu subs after like, the first season's Emmy nominations came out? if you're talking about the show being financially successful, HOW is/was it financially successful?
I'm not reading too far into it, I'm trying to understand your point. I realize that it's not the Wheel of Time or some shit
There was that story during the writers stike about that one writer of this show that couldnt afford rent even as he won an emmy
